Short version: we only collect your email to manage the waitlist. We don't sell it or spam you. You can ask us to delete it anytime by emailing miguelangelhr96@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

Only your email address, provided voluntarily when signing up for the waitlist.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your email solely to notify you when AgentsBrew is ready. The legal basis is your explicit consent given by checking the form checkbox (GDPR art. 6.1.a).

4. Retention period

We keep your email until you request deletion, or up to 24 months after sign-up if the product has not launched.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. We use the following infrastructure providers acting as data processors:

Vercel — web hosting (US, Standard Contractual Clauses apply)
Supabase — email storage (see their privacy policy)
Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection (Google Privacy Policy applies)

All providers comply with GDPR international transfer requirements.

6. Your rights

As an EU resident you have the right to:

Access — know what data we hold about you
Rectification — correct inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of your email
Objection — object to processing
Portability — receive your data in a readable format
Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

7. Complaints

If you believe your data is not being handled in accordance with GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Spain: Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page. If the changes affect how we use your data, we will notify you by email.
